Essay & Poetry Contest for 3-12 Students

Moving Mountains Tutoring and Mentoring Services, LLC is excited to present our essay and poetry contest for students in grades 3-12 in honor of Women’s History Month. To be fearless means to push forward against any struggles with courage despite the difficulty of the struggle. Women’s History Month is reflective of the ways women throughout history fearlessly push forward against any struggles through activism, scholarship, inventions, and visual arts. Write an empowering essay or poem about women using one of the three contest topics below:

Contest Topics

  1. Michelle Obama said, “There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.” Thinking of Michelle Obama’s quote, describe goals and dreams you wish to achieve. Let the sky be your limit.
